Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products from The Manifest Kit (themanifestkit.com) are final once the download link has been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you:

• Consent to immediate delivery of digital content
• Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery begins (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 37; EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m))

When We Will Issue a Refund

• The file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be opened
• The product is materially different from its description on the product page
• A duplicate or erroneous charge has occurred

To request a refund, contact hello@themanifestkit.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

• Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Incompatibility with your software (system requirements are listed on each product page)
• You have already used, copied, or distributed the product

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and your agreement to these terms at checkout.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including:

• UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
• Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
• US state consumer protection statutes

If a product is genuinely faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
